Register for Conference

Important Instructions:

• Conference Kit will not be served for Spot Registered participants & accommodation for spot registered participants will depend on availability.
• Once participant has registered himself/herself, No refund request will be entertained & Registrations cannot be cancelled / transferred to anyone in any manner.
• Please provide valid Phone no. and Mail ID, as all future communication will be done on registered phone no. and Mail ID.
• The check out time will be 12 Noon for the same date of accommodation. Additonal charges to be paid by the participant for extra day charge for the room.
• Participants have to share the room with another participants. (Viz. Male with Male).
• Kindly collect your certificate and other relevant documents after the completion of Conference.
• Review the form before you submit.
